By stays of less than 3 nights, a supplement of 50% is charged with prepayment.
Turist tax
- The tourist tax for an overnight stay amounts to €2.48 per person per day. Based on this, the promotional tax is €0.62, making the total of both taxes €3.10 per person per day.
- In the case where the person liable for paying the tourist tax is entitled to a 50% reduction, the tax for an overnight stay is €1.24 per person per day. Based on this, the promotional tax is €0.31, so the total of both taxes is €1.55 per person per day.
A guarantee for damage purposes may be requested upon arrival to the amount of a daily rent. Such guarantee shall be returned upon check up of room before leave.
